The Cascadia Trail Series is the only Mountain Running Series in Utah County. These races mix runnable trails with challenging and fun courses in beautiful places.

All races start at 8am:

      May 2nd---Timp Shadow 5k
     May 30th---Gruesome Grizzly 8k
     July 18th --- Battle at Big Springs 8k
